It's good to talk. I sent my e mail to Nissan as requested on the forum by Beverly Cutler at 10.46am on June 9th. As I have received no response or acknowledgement to my e mail within the 24 hours that Nissan stated would happen, I have sent another e mail today June 10th at about 18.00. I may be the owner of the D40 that is being handled, who knows?
I gave a brief summary of my problems when I first joined Knackerednavara in late May and 1st June in quantum claims. If anyone wants to read a 4 page summary of my defence in the coming court action that was sent to Watford County Court on 7th April, let me know on the site, preferably with your e mail address and I'll 'e' mail it to you.
Anyone of a depresive nature or a newly purchased Navara should not respond.
Chelski.com will also get you through on e mail but ignore the actual site as we have big things planned for it later in the year.

Ever get the feeling that you are going around in an ever decreasing circle guys, with the real fear that one could end up disappearing up one's own derriere. (please check spelling).
On June 8th as requested by Nissan on the Knackerednavara site I contacted Beverly Cutler, and was then contacted by Angie Mathews on 11th June who was going to review my case, including reading the numerous letters of correspondence sent by me to Nissan Motors, their Retail Agents, Nissan Finance and their solicitors.
On 19th June, a request was made to Angie Mathews of Nissan Customer Services to put on e mail what was happening and I was informed that a Mrs N Fuller would be contacting me today.
Ms Mathews indicated yesterday that my argument was with Nissan Finance and Nissan Motors were only intervening to help in the situation. I do not agree with that as Nissan Finance are involved because the only way that Nissan Motors would take my long outstanding complains seriously was to stop paying for the Navara, but that is not to say that they are not as bad as each other.
If Nissan Motors had not manufactured a vehicle that had several serious faults in major components, faults that after rectification, if in fact that takes place, reoccur, and then blames the customer for those breakdowns, I would not be facing court action with Nissan on 11th September.
When one is passed from party to party within the Nissan Empire and it is obvious that correspondence files are not being read, one starts to doubt the sincerity of Nissan Customer Services in contacting Knackerednavara in the first instance.
I am now told that Nissan Motors Solicitors are talking to Nissan Finance Solicitors and in the meantime, my Solicitor is waiting for my instructions.
Am I being scinical, I don't think so, as this is big business gone mad and I'm going for a pint.

Are Nissan Finance going for the jugular with their own dealers?
I am battling with Nissan Motors (GB) Ltd and their finance arm RCI Financial Services and have been for several weeks with court action looming in Durham County Court.
RCI Financial Services (ex Nissan Finance) have now decided to drag Oates Garage of Willington, County Durham, the garage that supplied my Knackered Navara into the fight but, guess what, Nissan are not ganging up on me, as Nissan are going for Nissan, strange or what!
It's good to see the reports of Nissan's change of heart with some of the contributors to the forum, with new engines being installed, and new engines being installed...if I write it often enough perhaps I can have a new engine as well. But don't worry Nissan I have my own engineers to install it.
The faults with some of the Nissan products and within the Nissan empire must be like a dream come true to sales personel at Mitsibushi, Ford, Isuzu and that Indian conglomorate Range Rover, as they can point at Nissan and say....well, they don't actually have to say anything do they, but to all those sales personel, if you really want to get one up on Nissan, make an offer to Angie Mathews she can't refuse.

Good morning Naill. Whilst I am waiting for contact from Nissan Motor (GB) Ltd about my case, RCI Financial Services (ex Nissan Finance), who Nissan Motor's solicitors are in discussions with, are ploughing on regardless and as you can see from my message yesterday, have now lodged an action against the supplying garage. I will know more when I receive my copy of the papers lodged against Oates Garage, who I believe are now taking their own action against Nissan Motors (GB) Ltd, forming a threesome! Do you know how many subscribers to Knackerednavara have actually had their problems resolved since the intervention of Ms Cutler and Mathews (God Bless Em), what sort of problems were they and how were they resolved? I am meeting with my solicitor tomorrow, again on another matter and will pass your number on to him.

Hello
Why is it when you spend a lot of money on your car (over £15,000) and when there is a problem Nissan do not want to know
We purchased a Nissan Note (diesel top of range) in Oct 2012. The drivers seat has now ripped in two places on the "leather" (I believe to be pvc) - not on the seam. They want to charge over £500 to get it repaired. We have only sat on the seat so how can it get ripped. Not a happy bunny.
Any advice please
