Hi everyone, just new to the forum today as I am looking for help regarding my 54 plate, well looked after 49,000 mile D22 engine collapsing last weekend! On a quick skim of the site I notice many of the same issues from others regarding warranty from Nissan. Just called them this morning to find mine is a Cypriot import and to take it up with Nissan Greece. Am I being conned by them? Has anyone else had this and managed to get it fixed here under warranty. Sorry for going straight in, I will read more on here this afternoon to get more knowledge but any info anyone might be able to help with would be greatly appreciated. I haven't yet been in touch with Nissan Greece and will await any by way of a heads up before I do. Many thanks! I would greatly appreciate it!

Hi everyone on the forum, phoned Nissan GB today looking for Annette di Napoli. It seems she no longer works there. The guy I spoke to said categorically that Nissan GB would not do anything about my engine whatsoever as I am out of warranty (over 5 years old). He seemed pretty final about it. Niall suggested going to Carlos Ghosn in Japan, does anyone have any pointers to make this a watertight case before I email? Any comments greatly appreciated!
