Navara purchased Nov 2009 - led to believe 2009 model (as per V5), turned out to be 2008 import. Apparently previously registered in Ireland in 2008 & Nissan refusing to honour warrany beyond March 2011. We thought warranty ran from date of V5 'as new' registration (in our case 27.5.09) and therefore due to expire May 2012. Lots of problems incl engine running, cruise control lights, clutch etc. Many fixed under warranty but main ones still oustanding. Have a vehicle not fit for purpose which we cannot use due to unreliability. Has anyone else had similar problems? and how have Nissan responded? HELP - would appreciate any advice from fellow sufferers!!!!

Hi - Think it was Nissan Customer Services over the phone, refused to provide more details. Referred us back to dealership.

Have been to local MP who has advised trading standards local to selling dealership, should take forward on our behalf. Awaiting response from them to MP letter.
