Hi All, my 2004 (66K) nav went on Fri 14th. Currently in with the local Nissan dealer in Preston, waiting for my claims guy Mark Godber to do his thing! (has he helped anyone else?) Given them all the details etc, any ideas how long they take before they make a decision? What can i expect etc. This forum is being a godsend in keeping me sane, thanks for setting it up!
