Hi everybody, having very bad experience with Nissan. Had my second service on my 2 year old Nissan Juke. 4954 miles on clock.
Told i need 2 new front brake disc & brake pads , WHAT !!!!! after less than 5000 mile.
Contacted the ice cold faceless customer service, [ customer service, what a joke ] David & the man ALWAYS !! on the phone Martin Grimsdale.
I purchased this vehicle through a second party registered in my name & address & delivered directly from a nissan dealer to my door.
I know brakes are not covered in the warranty but in this case, ie new brake discs etc. i thought it should be covered after so little mileage, Nissan say not. [ or the faceless customer service say not , are these the monkeys or organ grinders ?? ]
Martin Grimsdale squirmed under my many questions why this should be done under warranty , blaming wear & tear also because i live near the coast , salty atmosphere i live 2 miles from the sea, had numerous nissan cars , my last primera for nearly 11 years, never needed new disc.
Finally saying because i had not purchased directly from the dealer, who in fact , supplied my car, i did not deserve any goodwill
I have also contacted Beverley Cutler without any kind of response or reply , so much for her saying she is here to help.
I have had Nissans for the last 25 years & have always recommended them, NOT !! any more , you pay all that money for a new car & they no longer supply a spare wheel,
Just an emergency repair kit which if you do have to use , ruins your tyre meaning cost of a new tyre. Plus no customer service support.
