RESULT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guys (and Gals!) I have got a result from Nissan!!!! I e mailed following the Blog which mentioned Beverley at Customer Services and got the following back;.... Our reference: 1-47692945 05 January 2008 Dear Mr ***** Thank you for contacting Nissan Customer Services. Further to your recent enquiry and our subsequent investigation, I write to confirm our offer of goodwill to reimburse you the sum of £523.50 for the costs incurred in respect of the replacement clutch of your Pathfinder. This offer is made in full and final settlement and with no admission of liability on behalf of Nissan Motor (GB) Limited. I feel this is a fair and reasonable offer in view of our findings. I would be grateful if you would contact me to confirm your acceptance of this offer and to confirm the cheque payment details. I trust my actions meet with your approval.
